Abstract:
To provide a vehicle body frame structure of a saddle-riding type vehicle, having a down tube divided into two segments from a head pipe, capable of suppressing stress concentration onto a vehicle body frame while achieving weight reduction in a vehicle body.SOLUTION: The vehicle body frame structure for a motor cycle, having a down tube 22 divided into right and left segments from a head pipe 20, is constructed so that an under gusset 41 which has a thickness larger than a main frame 21 and which is in a U-shaped cross section is divided into right and left segments to form a pair under the down tube 22 and so that a cross gusset 45 connecting the pair of right and left under gussets 41 is provided between the pair of right and left under gussets 41 in the vehicle width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
