To prevent or suppress any damage of a coupling part of a rear side member with a lower back panel by preventing any sectional deformation of the rear side member when the load is input to the rear side member from a hook for traction.
A rear side member 10 has a rear side member body 12, and a rear side member extension 16 for connecting the rear side member body 12 to a lower back panel 14. A securing hook bracket 20 is mounted on a rear part of the rear side member body 12. Further, a rear wall part for closing a section of the rear side member 10 by an inner rear wall part 12F in the vehicle width direction and an outer rear wall part 12G in the vehicle width direction is formed on a rear end of the rear side member body 12. The section of the rear side member 10 is hardly deformed against the wrenching load to be applied to the rear side member 10 during the traction-running.
