The top wall 13 deforms so as to twist in the twisted area B. Thereby, a change in mounting angle of the connection 21 is permitted and breaking deformation of the lower arm 3 is permitted. When the load F acts on, the lower arm 3 sufficiently deforms to obtain the retreating amount. Furthermore the lower arm 3 deforms without any interference so as to collide with a bracket 5.
