Abstract:
To perform determination on braking with high accuracy.
In this vehicle brake control device in which a pressurizing booster 12 is controlled to increase hydraulic pressure regardless of the condition in which a brake pedal 10 is operated by a driver, so as to impart a braking force to the vehicle by means of the increased hydraulic pressure, determination on braking is made by the driver according to the internal pressure of a master cylinder 14 when the pressurizing booster 12 is not controlled. Determination on braking is made by the driver according to the operating condition of the brake pedal 10 when the pressurizing booster 12 is under control.
