A vehicle brake device includes a brake fluid sucking part 170 that communicates with a first pilot chamber 53 and sucks a brake fluid in the first pilot chamber 53 corresponding in amount to the fluid pressure in the first pilot chamber 53. The brake fluid sucking part 170 includes: a piston housing part 52d opened to the first pilot chamber 53 and formed in a second piston 52; a pressure receiving piston 171 slidably housed in the piston housing part 52d and varying the volume of the first pilot chamber 53; and a disc spring 172 for biasing the pressure receiving piston 171 toward the first pilot chamber 53.
