The on-vehicle camera device comprises an image processor for performing image processing of first and second taken image data P1 and P2 from first and second imaging units 10 and 20. The image processor 60 calculates first and second sensitivity data respectively corresponding to the first and second taken images taken by the first and second imaging units 10 and 20 from the first and second taken images, calculates first and second target voltages to apply to respective imaging units of the first and second imaging units 10 and 20 on the basis of the first and second sensitivity data, and controls power source units 16 and 26 which applies power to the imaging devices, to apply the first and second target voltages.
