Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an on-vehicle camera system, which images the rear direction by a camera using power source power supplied from a battery and outputs an imaged picture, and appropriately provide the picture of the rear direction while suppressing power consumption in the battery.SOLUTION: An imaged signal transmission device (1A) comprises: an imaging unit (11) for imaging a picture around a vehicle; a communication unit (103) for transmitting the picture imaged by the imaging unit; a stop detection unit (108) for detecting stop of the vehicle; a calculation unit (105) for calculating speed of the vehicle and a turning angle of a steering wheel of the vehicle; a storage unit (109) for storing a history of the speed of the vehicle and turning angle of the steering wheel calculated by the calculation unit in a predetermined period; and a control unit (105) for making operation of the communication unit start according to stop detection by the stop detection unit, and making operation of the imaging unit start when the maximum value of the speed in the predetermined period is smaller than a speed threshold and the maximum value of the turning angle of the steering wheel in the predetermined period is larger than a turning angle threshold.
