PURPOSE: To enable a vehicle to be advanced by means of wheels with no support strut used, to easily override stepped roads, to run at high speed, and also to be low in height by having the vehicle equipped with car body parts which are mounted one by one onto a drive part via each vertically telescopic rod so as to be longitudinally connected to each other.

CONSTITUTION: When a vehicle overrides a stepped road, a head module A is supported by the other two modules B and C, the head module A is then rested on the stepped road while being advanced by means of wheels 4 which are grounded with the wheel drive part 2 of the module A lifted up from the ground. In the second place, the center module B is supported by the other two modules A and C, so that the center module B is similarly rested on the stepped road. The last module C is then supported by the other two modules A and B, so that the last module C is similarly rested on the stepped road. By repeating similar actions as mentioned above, the vehicle can override even a comparatively high stepped road by means of the wheels 4 which are comparatively small in diameter with no accompanying shock, and also with no car body part 1 tilted.
