To guide a vehicle to a charging facility that matches the performance of a battery charger of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle charger 1 comprises: a charging unit 10 which charges a connected vehicle 5; a storage unit 12 which stores charger performance information of a charger 101; a vehicle performance information acquisition unit 112 which acquires performance information of a battery 6 of the vehicle 5 from the vehicle 5; a privilege information creation unit 113 which creates privilege information to the vehicle 5 when output performance of the charger 101 included in the charger performance information is equal to or less than the performance information of the battery 6 of the vehicle 5; and an output unit 114 which presents the privilege information to a user of the vehicle 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
