To provide a vehicle collision simulation technology which can calculate a chest deflection amount with high precision using a simple dynamic model.

The vehicle collision simulation method expresses mathematically a dynamic model of a dummy which is mounted on a vehicle seat and is restricted to the vehicle seat by a restricting member including a seatbelt by an equation of motion to calculate the behavior of the dummy at the time of a vehicle collision. The dynamic model is constructed so that a chest deflection amount is included as a variable of the equation of motion. At least a chest deceleration and a seatbelt load are input into the equation of motion of the dynamic model to calculate the chest deflection amount of the dummy on the basis of the equation of motion.
