The two test vehicles Ta and Tb in a collision state are temporarily arranged at collision locations S. Dolly devices Da and Db are each arranged in the back of the test vehicles Ta and Tb in such away that dolly connecting distances L1 may become equal and each clamped with wire ropes Wa and Wb for traction at dolly connecting locations Qa and Qb. The dolly devices Da and Db are synchronously made to travel backward by the same return distance L2 by a winch device B.
