To provide an on-vehicle communication device, a power supply communication system, a computer program, and a power supply communication method that can stably perform wireless communication between a power supply device and an on-vehicle communication device.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle communication device according to an embodiment of the present invention performs wireless communication with a power supply device that supplies power to a vehicle, and includes: a detection unit that performs wireless communication using a communication channel determined by the power supply device and detects a communication situation with the power supply device; a notification unit that notifies the power supply device according to the communication situation detected by the detection unit; and a change unit that changes communication channels used for wireless communication according to notification from the notification unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
