A step difference is provided between a main body section 31 to which a communication circuit unit 2 is fixed and a mount section 33 coupled with a body 4 in a bracket 3 that fits the communication circuit unit 2 to the body 4 of a vehicle, a feeding point 231 is provided to the main body section 31 of the bracket 3 of the antenna, the main body section 31 is used for an antenna element and the step difference 32 is formed to be a stub that grounds the main body 31 to the body 4 in this antenna. The size of the antenna is increased more than that with a configuration built in the communication circuit unit to enhance the antenna performance. Furthermore, the bracket 3 is used for the antenna to simplify the configuration.
