To effectively perform the communication between a first computer means for performing a processing directly related to the control of a vehicle and a second computer means not directly related to the control of the vehicle such as a personal computer.

This system allows the mutual communication between a first computer means 300 and a second computer means 400 by LAN method using Ethernet or wireless method using infrared ray. The second computer means 400 is used for the correction of the control parameter of the first computer means 300 in addition to the processing of the personal computer itself such as electronic mail. The second computer means 400 can radio-communicate with an external device of the vehicle through a moving telephone loaded on the vehicle.
