Abstract:

To estimate a vehicle condition by simple processing with simple wiring of a signal line.

A vehicle condition estimation device 10 that estimates the vehicle condition includes: a voltage sensor 10g detecting a voltage of a secondary cell 1 mounted on the vehicle; a current sensor 10h detecting a charge/discharge current of the secondary cell; and a determination means (CPU10a) wherein the determination means determines that an engine of the vehicle is stopping when the voltage of the secondary cell detected by the voltage sensor and a fluctuation range of the voltage are less than a first threshold value and a second threshold value, respectively, and a fluctuation range of the current flowing in the secondary cell detected by the current sensor is less than a third threshold value, and otherwise the determination means determines that the engine is operating.
