Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a vehicle constraining device, which is not projected outside large from a wheel under the vehicle constraining condition and which is safe to pedestrians, at a low cost.
CONSTITUTION: One locking block 1 of a pair of locking blocks 1, 2, which abut on a tire in both sides of a grounding position in the rotating direction of a wheel, is fixed to one end of a cylindrical body 4 extended horizontally. The other locking block 2 is fixed to one end of a sliding shaft 5, of which the other end can be inserted to the cylindrical body 4 from the other end of the cylindrical body 4. Under the vehicle constraining condition, the cylindrical body 4 and the sliding shaft 5 are not projected outside from the pair of locking blocks 1, 2, and for example, even in the case of constraining a vehicle, which is parked under the steering condition that the tires thereof are inclined to the traveling direction, stumbling of a pedestrian due to the projecting of the cylindrical body 4 and the sliding shaft 5 can be prevented.
