Abstract:
To properly determine whether a vehicle mounted with a continuously variable transmission is in a driving state or a driven state.
An ECU executes a program including a step (S104) of determining that the vehicle is in the driving state when acceleration of the vehicle is larger than zero (YES in S100) and when an idle contact point is OFF (YES in S102), a step (S106) of selecting a thrust ratio map (1), a step (S108) of determining that the vehicle is in the driven state when the vehicle is zero or less in the acceleration (NO in S100) or when the idle contact point is ON (NO in S102), a step (S110) of selecting a thrust ratio map (2), and a step (S112) of executing shift control.
