Abstract:

To provide a vehicle control device which improves accuracy of determining whether or not abnormal change in body conditions occurs in a driver of a vehicle and protects the driver having the abnormal change in the body conditions more safely.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device 1 includes: a seat belt operation unit 4 which causes a seat belt of a vehicle S to operate; a reaction detection unit 111 which detects reaction of a driver of a vehicle S after the seat belt operation unit 4 causes the seat belt to operate; and a vehicle control unit 113 which controls the vehicle S on the basis of a result of the reaction detection unit 111.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
