In a torque fluctuation presume part B2, the presumed value of the output shaft torque (presumed shaft torque Trq(t)) of an internal combustion engine in the combustion cycle of this time is calculated based on the pressure in the combustion chamber in the last combustion cycle. In a rotational fluctuation presume part B4, the rotational fluctuation of the internal combustion engine is presumed based on the presumed shaft torque Trq(t). Further, in an oscillation control required torque calculation part B8, the torque to be added to the engine output shaft by a motor generator to make the presumed rotational fluctuation within an allowable range is calculated. The sum of this torque and the feedback compensation amount is a command torque Tc(t) to the motor generator.
