To provide a vehicle control device for respectively properly distributing lubricating oil to respective driving devices juxtaposed in the lateral direction of a vehicle and having the lubricating oil in common.
This vehicle control device includes an oil passage 16 applied to a vehicle 1 for arranging a first electrically-driven device 10L and a second electrically-driven device 10R so as to be juxtaposed in the lateral direction of the vehicle 1, arranging oil pans 13L and 13R for storing the lubricating oil in a lower part of the respective electrically-driven devices 10L and 10R and connecting these oil pans 13L and 13R so as to have the lubricating oil in common between these oil pans 13L and 13R, and a control valve 17 arranged in the oil passage 16 and switchable between a full opening position O for fully opening the oil passage 16 and a full closing position C for fully closing the oil passage 16. The control valve 17 is controlled based on at least any one of an operation state of the first electrically-driven device 10L, an operation state of the second electrically-driven device 10R and a travel state of the vehicle 1.
