Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device which can properly execute a variety of fuel-saving operation controls with simple operations.SOLUTION: Fuel saving of a vehicle is promoted by prohibiting the operation of idling stop control means when a first operation mode is selected by a selection switch, permitting the operation of the idling stop control means on condition that the vehicle is in a stopped state when a second operation mode is selected, and permitting the operation of the idling stop control means on condition that the vehicle is in the stopped state or in a low-speed state where a vehicle speed of the vehicle is below a prescribed value when a third operation mode is selected.
