Abstract:
To improve hill-climbing performance of a vehicle.SOLUTION: In a case of up-grade in which intake temperature of an engine exceeds a threshold and a road surface gradient exceeds a threshold, and a stop state where a vehicle stops, a control system controls a clutch mechanism in a released state. When a vehicle is to start from the stop state, the control system increases the rotation speed of the engine, and after the rotation speed exceeds a threshold, the control system controls the clutch mechanism in a fastening state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
