Abstract:

To dispense with provision of an input circuit for inputting an output signal of a crank angle sensor into each of vehicle control devices, when control of an internal combustion engine is achieved by cooperation among a plurality of vehicle control devices.

A vehicle control system 1 achieves fuel injection control by cooperation between a main unit 10 and a sub-unit 30. An input circuit 11 inputs a crank angle signal, which is a pulse signal for each predetermined crank angle, on the basis of output of a crank angle sensor SN. A pseudo crank angle signal generation circuit 15 outputs a pseudo crank angle signal to a communication line LN in each input of the crank angle signal, and a microcomputer 20 transmits data to the sub-unit 30 in a period when it is estimated that the pseudo crank angle signal is not output to the communication line. On the other hand, in the sub-unit 30, an edge detection circuit 47 detects input of the pseudo crank signal; an operation part 41 updates the stored and retained crank angle in each input of the pseudo crank signal; and vehicle control is performed on the basis of the crank angle.
