A vehicle controller includes: a vehicle body; a plurality of wheels; a camber varying mechanism, arranged on a predetermined wheel, for providing the wheel with a camber; a camber providing condition establishment determination-processing means for determining whether a camber providing condition has been established; a camber providing-processing means for providing a wheel with a camber when the camber providing condition is established; a neutral travel-setting condition establishment determination-processing means for determining whether a neutral travel-setting condition has been established; and a neutral travel setting-processing means for cutting off transmission of torque between a driving source and a driving wheel when the neutral travel-setting condition is established. The energy consumption cannot be larger since friction, inertia and the like in the driving source do not act as resistance.
