Abstract:
To provide a vehicle cooling system suppressing short circuit of a propulsion device while improving recovery efficiency of waste heat from the propulsion device.SOLUTION: A vehicle cooling system includes a first cooling circuit where a propulsion device is disposed and a second cooling circuit where a heating device is disposed, and can supply waste heat from the propulsion device to the heating device. The system includes: a first coolant circulating in the first cooling circuit; a second coolant circulating in the second cooling circuit; a heat exchanger performing heat exchange between the first coolant and the second coolant; and a control valve disposed in the first cooling circuit and making the first coolant after cooling the propulsion device flow into the heat exchanger when a prescribed condition is satisfied. The first coolant has insulation properties higher than that of the second coolant. The first cooling circuit is structured so that the first coolant passes through a conductive portion of the propulsion device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
