Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular cushion pad capable of blowing air by providing an air distribution flow passage in the pad.SOLUTION: The vehicular cushion pad includes an air distribution flow passage. The vehicular cushion pad includes: a core pad 2 which is constituted of a nonpermeable foam and is provided with a recess 21 for the air distribution flow passage on a rear face side and a plurality of through-holes 23 penetrating from the recess bottom of the recess 21 to a front face side; an upper layer pad 4 which is constituted of a soft polyurethane foam, is provided with a seat surface portion 41 on a design surface 4a side, has an internal surface 4b side opposite to the design surface 4a side, which is jointed to the surfaces of the core pads 2, is further provided with a plurality of air blowout holes 45 penetrating from the internal surface 4b side to the design surface 4a side, and has the respective air blowout holes 45 arranged to be electrically connected to the through-holes; and a lower layer pad 6 which is constituted of a nonpermeable foam, has a top face 6a side which covers the opening of the recess 21 so as to form the air distribution flow passage u and is joined to rear faces of the core pads 2, and is further provided with an air introduction hole 61 penetrating from a lower face 6b side to the inside of the air distribution flow passage u.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
