To provide a vehicle decorative component appropriately exerting decorative effect by light even when providing a pattern part where patterns are formed: and to provide a vehicle lining and a vehicle door.SOLUTION: A vehicle decorative component 1 having a light emitting region 1a includes: a light source unit 30; an ornament base material 11 transmitting light output from the light source unit 30; and a decorative film 12 through which light can be transmitted. The decorative film 12 comprises a laminated body including a shading layer 12e formed of a transmission part 12d and a shading part 12c, and a design layer 12a formed at a position more front than the shading layer 12e. The design layer 12a has a pattern part 12g where patterns are formed. The pattern part 12g is disposed on the shading part 12c.
