Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device to be retrofitted with a simpler configuration than ever.SOLUTION: An instrument unit 10, which is an example of an on-vehicle device to be retrofitted, is retrofitted to a vehicle 100 comprising a vehicle width lamp 105 and a vehicle width lamp switch 104 normally operated to control the vehicle width lamp 105. The instrument unit 10 comprises a CUP 15 capable of changing a setting for the vehicle, i.e. a warning threshold value, or an indicated value of a pointer of an instrument part 18 when a special operation different from the normal operation is done to the vehicle width switch 104.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
