Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device capable of preventing data of a personal image of a crew, etc. captured in a state unrelated to the operation service of a vehicle from being recorded concerning a constant-recording type on-vehicle device.SOLUTION: When an operation of a rest button is detected in a step S13, a mode is shifted to a "rest mode" so as to temporarily stop the recording of data such as images. When a vehicle stops at a position in the neighborhood of a predetermined rest place, the stop is detected in steps S14, S15, so as to automatically shift a mode into a "rest mode". When a button operation of a rest end is detected in a step S17, a "rest mode" is canceled so as to restart the recording of data such as images. When a fixed time elapses in a "rest mode" or when the travel start of a vehicle is detected, a "rest mode" is automatically canceled in steps S18, S19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
