Abstract:

The abnormality determination unit determines occurrence of abnormality of a vehicle related to an engine temporary stopping function in a mode where a greenhouse effect gas discharge amount reduction effect is reduced, on the basis of the determination state in the premise condition determination unit or an occurrence state of an operation of executing temporary stopping of the engine.
