【課題】乗物の室内に任意の調光パターンで光を取り込むことができる乗物用調光パネルを提供する。【解決手段】本開示の一態様は、乗物の窓を構成する乗物用調光パネルである。乗物用調光パネルは、透光性を有する板状の基材と、基材に重ねて配置された第１透明電極層と、第１透明電極層に重ねて配置されると共に、複数の液晶分子と前記複数の液晶分子を保持する透明高分子層とを有する液晶層と、液晶層に重ねて配置された第２透明電極層と、を備える。第１透明電極層及び第２透明電極層の少なくとも一方は、電気的に互いに独立すると共に、液晶層の板面に沿って並置された複数の電極素子を有する。【選択図】図２
