Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily allocate a vehicle and a worker to a special delivery by providing a candidate vehicle extracting means and a candidate worker extracting means and displaying and outputting each of extracted candidate vehicles and workers. SOLUTION: A candidate vehicle extracting part 8 fetches request information of a special delivery written in a special delivery buffer 2b. Then, each operable vehicle is read from a vehicle management information file 3, and a vehicle to which a service is not assigned is extracted by checking an operation management information file 5 and is stored as a candidate vehicle. A candidate worker extracting part 9 reads each worker who is at the office or can be present from a worker and side worker information file 4, extracts workers to whom a service is not assigned by checking the file 5 and stores the workers as a candidate worker. A candidate displaying part 10 displays and outputs the stored candidate vehicle and candidate workers onto the displaying part 1a of an operating part 1.
