To provide a vehicle door handle which suppresses manufacturing cost increase and enhances degree of freedom of a second handle case design change.
A vehicle door handle device supported oscillatory operable manner comprises: a first handle case 4 provided with a gap against a door panel; a second handle case 5 fixed on an opposite side to the first handle case 4 with the door panel therebetween; and a capacitance type lock command detection sensor 6 for detecting a lock command, and the lock command detection sensor 6 comprises: a lock detection signal processing circuit fixed to an inside of the first handle case 4; a circuit connection 19 connected electrically to the lock detection signal processing circuit; and a lock detection electrode 18 assembled along an inside of the second handle case 5 and electrically connected to the circuit connection by the second handle case 5 being fixed to the first handle case 4.
