A fixing hinge member 2 fixed to a vehicle panel and a movable hinge member 3 fixed to a door panel are rotatably connected with each other by a hinge axis 4, and a fixed part 21 of the fixing hinge member 2 is fixed to the vehicle panel by the single bolt 5. The single bolt 5 is previously whirl-stopped and fixed to a single bolt insertion hole 24 provided in the fixed part 21 of the fixing hinge member 2 and integrally includes: a male thread portion 54 inserted to a mounting hole provided in the vehicle panel by tightening a nut capable of being screwed to the male thread portion 54 inserted into the mounting hole to fix the fixed part 21 to the vehicle panel and a whirl stopped projection 55 capable of being engaged with an opening edge of the mounting hole in a rotation direction of the male thread part 54.
