PURPOSE: To ensure the safety of a vehicle by remotely controlling a latch by a locking system and retaining a locked state even when an invader approaches an element for operating the latch in the vehicle.
CONSTITUTION: When the latch is opened, a pawl 28 rotates a lathe dog 40 for opening the door, and each connection between handles on the inside and the outside of the door is operated. When the latch is locked manually, latch disengagement by the handle of the door on the outside is made impossible, and a lock cylinder is operated by a key on the outside of the door by a normal method and the latch is disengaged. A hook is turned from a quadrant to the counterclockwise direction by transmission to another actuator as a super-lock motor 92 for executing super-locking. The quadrant of a motor 68 is liberated, and the motor is driven to the position of super-locking to further the clockwise direction. Accordingly, the lathe dog 40 for the pawl is retained firmly by the pawl 28 engaged with a claw 20, and the release of the latch is prevented.
