Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the method and device capable of exactly analyzing and diagnosing the drive pattern of a driver with the drive condition of a vehicle grasped in detail.
CONSTITUTION: A running speed detection means 10 for detecting the running speed of a vehicle, an accelerator operation detection means 12 for detecting the accelerator operation of the vehicle and a brake operation detection means 14 for detecting the brake operation of the vehicle are provided. A running speed signal, an accelerator operation signal and a brake operation signal are analyzed by a detection signal analysis part 16 to produce an analysis signal indicating the drive condition of a driver is produced, a danger drive time in which a specified analysis signal satisfies a specified judgment condition during a certain drive time is counted within a danger drive time counting part 50 and the drive of the driver is diagnosed on the basis of a ratio of the danger drive time to a drive time within a drive diagnosis part 68.
