Abstract:
To provide a vehicle drive of small and lightweight filter reactor type.
Current running through a filter reactor 4 is detected by CT11. A current value detection circuit 12 is connected with an average calculation circuit 13. The average calculation circuit 13 calculates the average of current running through the filter reactor 4. The average of current running through the filter reactor 4 is compared with a prescribed threshold value by a comparator 14. The comparator 14 is connected with a threshold value setting circuit 15, and outputs an overheat detection signal if current runs through the filter reactor 4 beyond the preset threshold value.
