Abstract:
To provide a vehicular drive device that is able to increase the number of gear changes by improving a degree of freedom in installation places for a plurality of shafts and a degree of freedom in setting a gear ratio.SOLUTION: A drive device 4 comprises: a main input shaft 11 to which power is transmitted from an engine 20; a differential case 17B for transmitting power to a drive wheel; a counter shaft 14 connected to the main input shaft 11 via a gear pair and connected to the differential case 17B via the gear pair; an idle shaft 12 connected to the main input shaft 11 via the gear pair; and a sub-input shaft 13 connected to the idle shaft 12 via the gear pair and connected to the counter shaft 14 via the gear pair.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
