This vehicle driving device includes an engine 1, a motor 3, a battery 4 and an automatic transmission 8 that is connected to one end of a crankshaft 6, and pulleys 22 to 24, a drive pulley 25 and a belt 26 that are connected to the other end of the crankshaft 6 and that connect a power steering pump 20, a compressor 21 and a motor 3 and a clutch CL1 that puts the crankshaft 6 in a separated/engaged state. The vehicle driving device is provided with a motor gear 28, that is connected to a motor rotation shaft 27 and that transmits rotation driving force of the motor 3 directly to a counter shaft 10 of the automatic transmission 8, and a clutch CL2 that puts the motor 3 and the motor gear 28 in a separated/engaged state.
