Abstract:
To provide a vehicle drive support system which controls the display of a path display image such that the path display image of the own vehicle does not give the optical influence to a front vehicle located on the front side of the own vehicle and the own vehicle even in a case where a plurality of vehicles line up at an intersection or the like.SOLUTION: A vehicle drive support system 100 comprises: a vehicle path acquisition unit 20; a vehicle state information acquisition unit 30; an other vehicle detection unit 16; an image selection unit 40 which selects a path display image 6 projected to a peripheral road surface on the basis of the path information and the vehicle state information and the detection information; and a road surface drawing unit 50 which projects the path display image 6 to the road surface. The image selection unit 40 does not select the path display image 6 when determining that another vehicle exists within a first distance L1 in front of the vehicle, and selects a path front display image 6a when determining that the other vehicle does not exist within the first distance L1. The road surface drawing unit 50 projects the path front display image 6a selected by the image selection unit to the front road surface of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
