To provide a motor for a vehicle wherein the degree of freedom in phase change control and operational response at phase change can be enhanced without incurring increase in the power consumption of a motor-driven oil pump, and to provide the motor-driven oil pump that makes it possible to further reduce power consumption.
An inner radius-side rotor 6 and an outer radius-side rotor 5 separately having permanent magnets 9 are so constructed that they can be rotated relative to each other by a hydraulic phase changing means 12. The motor-driven oil pump 32 is provided having a high-pressure pump mechanism 50 and a low-pressure pump mechanism portion 51 driven by a common motor 52. The high-pressure pump mechanism 50 discharges working fluid into a high-pressure line pressure passage 33, and the phase changing means 12 is operated by the working fluid in the line pressure passage 33. The low-pressure pump mechanism 51 discharges working fluid into a low-pressure lubrication/cooling passage 34.
