A tip protection part 10 is formed in a columnar shape. A flat fixed surface 30 is formed in the tip protection part 10 as a bottom surface. An outer periphery of a cross section perpendicular to an extension direction of the tip protection part 10 has a shape formed by connecting both ends of a U shaped curve with a straight line. A wire receiving hole 26 opens along a longitudinal direction of the tip protection part 10 from one end of the tip protection part 10. A wedge shaped clip part 12 is formed below the tip protection part 10. An electric wire 14 is formed by a metal wire 24 and a resin coat 22. A tip of the electric wire 14 is inserted into the wire receiving hole 26 at the tip protection part 10. A conical part 18 of the clip part 12 penetrates through a fixing hole 28 opened in a vehicle member 20. The vehicle member 20 is sandwiched between a flange region 32 of the conical part 18 and the fixed surface 30.
