Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle electronic control device by a power feeding control circuit that prevents malfunctions to reverse connection protection and short-circuit abnormalities of a power supply switch circuit.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle electronic control device comprises: a power supply unit 110A supplied with a power from a DC power supply 101, and when a power supply switch 102 is closed, activated by a power supply startup signal DR0 to start power feeding to an opening and closing command generation unit 120A, and performing continuous power feeding by a self-hold command signal DR1 generated by the opening and closing command generation unit; and a reverse connection protection element 140 that is a field-effect transistor connected in series to the power supply switch 102, and conductively driven in an energization direction of an inner parasitic diode 149 when the power supply polarity is normal. Even at an occurrence of such a short-circuit abnormality that a positive line of an on-vehicle electric load 103 connected to the reverse connection protection element 140 is contacted with a positive electrode wire of the DC power supply 101, it is determined that the power supply switch 102 is opened in a state that the reverse connection protection element 140 is opened, and the self-hold command signal DR1 is cancelled.
