Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect privacy in an on-vehicle electronic number plate.
SOLUTION: The on-vehicle electronic number plate 220 for transmitting vehicle data to a road machine 120 through radio waves transmits only vehicle data preliminarily designated by a vehicle user from a radio part 222. Accordingly, the vehicle user can designate so as to transmit only the license number of the vehicle as the vehicle data, to transmit only model identification data of the vehicle, not to transmit all data as the vehicle data, not to transmit the vehicle data to a road machine of a private agent, or to transmit the vehicle data shown in a vehicle inspection certificate.
