A connection rod 16 is extended in an approximately transverse direction of a vehicle body 14 between first and second rolling stock to be connected to each other. A link 18 is supported on the vehicle body 14 of the first and second railway vehicle in an oscillating manner around a supporting point 22, and connected to an end part of the connection rod 16 at an upper end through a turnable connection point 20, and the oscillation is damped by a horizontal damper 24. A tensile spring 30 is integratedly oscillated on one end side with the link 18 around the supporting point 22, and when the link 18 is in the neutral position, the link is provided so that the direction of the tension is in the radial direction of the supporting point 22.
