Abstract:
An end plate (18) for a vehicle includes an upper end plate (20), a lower end plate (22), and a cover (24) that covers a gap (36) between a lower end edge (20f) of the upper end plate (20) and an upper end edge (22b) of the lower end plate (22). The vehicle includes an engine (10) and a housing (12). The engine (10) is fastened to the housing (12) through the end plate (18). A first stepped portion (44c) having a pair of a first flat surface (44a) and a second flat surface (44b) intersecting with the first flat surface (44a) is provided on the engine side of the cover (24). The first flat surface (44a) is inclined downward with respect to a horizontal plane as the first flat surface (44a) is directed toward the engine side.
