To provide an on-vehicle exercise instrument enabling suitable exercises in a vehicle cabin.
A seat 1 rotates a backrest portion 3 by a reclining device 4, thereby adjusting a reclining angle between the backrest portion 3 and a seat portion 2. The reclining device 4 has an energizing means spring-energizing the backrest portion 3 forward, and a locking means capable of switching a locking state fixing the reclining angle and a releasing state releasing the fixing. Only when an operation lever 5 is pulled up, the locking means is made to be in the releasing state. The pulling up state of the operation lever 5 is held by pushing a holding button 8. A user H can carry out exercises to stretch muscles of an abdomen and a back by pressing the backrest portion 3 with his/her back and backwardly inclining the backrest portion 3 against the spring force of the energizing means while the locking means is held in the releasing state.
