Abstract:
To provide a vehicle exterior component capable of reducing travel wind by weakening peeling current and vertical vortex generated by the travel wind running over a windshield peeling at a front pillar part.SOLUTION: A vehicle exterior component 1 is structured to be installable on an outer face of a front pillar part P of a vehicle and to integrally guide parts 2a, 2b, 2c for guiding travel wind W to a different direction, protruding toward the outside of a vehicle body under a mounting state on the front pillar part P. The guide parts 2a, 2b, 2c are formed, under a mounting state, with a first inclination surface T1 inclining outward in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body over the rear from the front of the vehicle body and a second inclination surface T2 inclining upward over the rear from the front of the vehicle body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
