To take measures adapted to circumstances in a tunnel fire by providing the vehicle with a means to travel on an exclusive track arranged in a tunnel and a means to extinguish a fire caused in the tunnel, and providing a driver's space on the inside of a main body.

A main body 1A is covered with a heat resistant cover 1a. A vehicle 1 is arranged by being suspended by a monorail 2 arranged along a tunnel inner wall surface, and is arranged so as to travel along the monorail 2. The vehicle 1 has a driver's space 10 on the inside of the main body 1A, and has a water discharge nozzle 3 operable from this space 10 and an infrared camera 12 having a monitor 13 in the driver's space 10. The vehicle 1 also has a fire extinguishing water supply pipe 4 to supply fire extinguishing water to the water discharge nozzle 3. This has a foam liquid tank 5 in the middle of it, and can discharge water from the nozzle 3 after a foam liquid is mixed in the fire extinguishing water.
