To provide easy-attachable vehicle flood countermeasure goods for surely protecting a vehicle from flood damage with minimum cost.

The vehicle flood countermeasure goods are binding goods for closing a rectangular bag body consisting of an upper cloth and a lower cloth formed from a sheet fabric having excellent waterproofing properties and durability, and an opening part. Slits 6 and 6' extended from the end of the opening part of the upper cloth of the rectangular bag body to the bottom part thereof are disposed in parallel. Waterproofing fasteners 7 and 7' are attached to these slits, respectively, and a reinforcing sheet is attached to the outer surface of the lower cloth of the rectangular film body. A suspend tape 11 and a terminal fixing tape 12 are disposed between these two slits disposed in parallel in the upper cloth of the rectangular bag body. A flow stop tape 13 is disposed along a reinforcing sheet attached to the lower cloth of the rectangular bag body. The binding goods or the waterproofing fasteners are disposed at open end portions of the rectangular bag body.
